Salmon and barbeque it on your deck enhanced by the sunset
and sound of the surf.

Beach Vacation Cottage SALE: BOTH NEW AND RESALE COTTAGE Starting at $82,500.00
Cottage Vacation
Homes are 400 square feet plus a 150 square foot sleeping
loft, larger cottages have up to 240 square feet additions.
Price includes trex decking, four person hot tub, barbeque and
landscaping. Cottages
are turn key which includes carpet, window treatments,
and appliances.
Owners join the rental
pool to help offset cottage expenses. Turtle Rock Resort rents the cottages
for the owners. Owners can us the cottage whenever they desire. Omit there
are no limits on owner stays.
There is a $500.00
monthly lease for the property on which the cottage
sits. The lease covers the expenses of water, satellite
(TV), trash service, grounds upkeep, etc.
Financing is available for as little as 10% down on
approved credit.
Compared to the
purchase of a motor home, or a vacant lot next to the
beach, a vacation cottage is ready to move in to for
less!
