The cottages are spacious: the smallest are 400 square feet plus a 150 square foot loft for a total of 550 square feet; larger cottages may have up to a 240 square foot addition for a total of 790 square feet.
Many owners who are not full-time occupants join the rental pool to help offset expenses and generate income. Turtle Rock Resort rents the cottages for the owners, and of course as an owner you may use the cottage whenever the sea breezes call to you.
The $525 monthly property lease includes water, satellite tv, garbage service, and grounds upkeep.
