Oregon. Fully-appointed and tastefully furnished, each cottage has
everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing lifestyle. Take a
two-minute walk to miles of the sandy Pacific Ocean beach; cruise up the
Rogue River on a jet boat; or catch a salmon and barbeque it on your
deck as you enjoy the sunset and sound of the surf.
Gold Beach has been listed on CBS News Watch as one of the top 30 places

Magazine.
Both new cottages and resale cottages are offered, with prices starting
as low as $65,000. Bank financing may be available for qualified buyers
with as little as 10% down. In addition to furnishings and appliances,
the price includes Trex decking, four-person hot tub, barbeque and
landscaping.
The cottages are spacious: the smallest are 400 square feet plus a 150
square foot loft for a total of 550 square feet; larger cottages may
have up to a 240 square foot addition for a total of 790 square
feet.
Many owners who are not full-time
occupants join the rental pool to help offset expenses and generate
income. Turtle Rock Resort rents the cottages for the owners, and of
course as an owner you may use the cottage whenever the sea breezes call
to you.
The $535 monthly property lease includes water, satellite
tv, garbage service, and grounds upkeep.
