Cottages include hot tubs, TVs, some with 42" flat screen, fully
equipped kitchens, linens, some fireplaces, barbeques. Rate is for 4
people. Children under 5 are free. Can sleep up to 6, $15 per extra guest per night, $45 weekly.
Well-behaved pets are welcome in all cottages with a fee of $15 per pet
per night, or $45 weekly per pet. Minimum cottage stay is two days. One day
may be negotiated with a $15 cleaning fee. Check In 3:00 p.m. - Check
Out 11:00 a.m.

Non-refundable Deposits
- Daily rentals, first night's rate; Weekly rentals, 25% of weekly rate; Monthly
rentals, 50% of monthly rate. This fee is for all reservations.
Refunds
- 45 day notification before arrival date
for a refund of fees less the non refundable deposit. No other refunds.
Groups
- Our all-new group meeting room at Turtle Rock Resort at the beach is
perfect for any kind of group; family reunions, weddings, business
meetings, small trade shows, seminars, and parties. Amenities include
stone fireplace, 72" TV with DVD set up, kitchen, wet bar, exercise/yoga
room (perfect for Yoga Retreats), outdoor deck and patios
with fire ring and BBQ. The wood floors and ceilings create a relaxing
ambiance for up to 80 people. Please contact us for more details and group reservations.
