Turtle Rock Resort Yoga Retreat
Enhance and inspire your yoga practice, your yoga students, and your
business with an affordable yoga retreat on the Southern Oregon coast.
The Beach Resort at Turtle Rock will host your retreat offering a large,
beautiful hardwood-floored room for yoga, comfortable cottages with hot
tubs on the decks, creek/ocean or forested views all within walking
distance to the Pacific Ocean.
Retreats don't have to be impossibly expensive. Gold Beach, Oregon is a
scenic 2-to-3 hour drive from the Rogue Valley. The beach cottages are
reasonably priced with a possible discount to groups. A large kitchen
facility is available for you to cook your own food, or we can cook for
you. There are also some wonderful restaurants in Gold Beach. Use of the
facility is free for groups staying in our gorgeous cottages.
Come during the fall when our weather is at its best, or during the
winter when you can experience dramatic storms with almost spring-like
weather between the storms. Make it an annual event your students can
look forward to. A Loma Linda University 2001 study found that having
something to look forward to boosts immunity by decreasing detrimental
stress hormones.
Our cottages can accommodate 60+ guests, our facility with the large
room, kitchen and exercise room holds 80. For yogis with an RV, sites
are available, as is onsite massage.
Stretch physically, emotionally and spiritually. Treat your students to
yoga at the beach. Plan a winter wellness retreat or rejuvenation
weekend. A chance to practice without interruptions or distractions will
leave students and teachers completely nourished with a lustrous inner
