LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN OREGON COAST

Our resort is nestled in the Hunter Creek area of Gold Beach, Oregon in Curry County. With it's own private access to the beach, Turtle Rock RV Resort has all you are looking for! 

As one of the most popular Gold Beach, Oregon RV parks, our 24-acre campground is a favorite for events, gatherings, reunions, and vacations. Spectacular amenities, gorgeous views, and a park-like atmosphere make this a place you will want to come back to again and again! 

Our cottage rentals and RV Park are all within walking distance of a picturesque 7-mile-long beach. The cottages and park sit on the banks of Hunter Creek with a trail that leads to Turtle and Kissing Rocks.

With over 100 tent sites and RV sites—with many being RV hot tub sites,—we offer full hookups, pull-throughs and back-ins, cottage rentals, and more.  Turtle Rock RV Resort has direct access to the beach. We also provide: fire rings, picnic tables, camp store, sparkling restrooms with showers, and laundry facilities.

Policies

  • Promo Codes

    Only one promo code is allowed. If multiple codes are entered, one will be removed.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All initial deposits are non-refundable.


    Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance: Your deposit becomes a credit for a future stay within one year from the cancellation date, or you may reschedule your reservation up to one year from your original stay date.


    Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance: No refunds or future credits.


    No refunds on early departures.

  • No Show Policy

    Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reservation. No refunds.

  • Deposits & Payments

    Deposit equal to one night's stay is collected at the time of reservation.


    Remaining balance is automatically collected 1 day before check-in.


    Gift certificates are charged at the time of purchase.


    Additional fees, including pets, extra guests, and similar charges, are payable at check-in.

  • Package Rate Requirement

    Only one package can be applied per reservation.

  • Rates & Site Assignment

    Site assignment is not guaranteed.


    RV rates include up to 4 people and 2 pets. Additional guests are $5 per day, per person. Additional dogs are $5 per day, per dog.


    Cottage rates include occupancy of 4 people. Additional guests are $15 per day, per person. Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night, with a maximum of 2 pets per cottage. Children under 6 stay free.


    No cats are allowed in cottages.

  • Memberships & Discounts

    We honor the following discounts for RV sites only:


    Military Discount: 10%, year-round

    Good Sam: 10%, year-round

    Escapees: 15%, October through May

    Passport America: 50%, October through May


    Only one discount may be applied per reservation. Discounts must be selected at booking and validated at check-in with ID.

  • Check-In & Check-Out

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.


    RV and hot tub check-in is 1:00 pm.


    Cottage check-in is 3:00 pm.


    Check-out is 11:00 am.


    Early check-in and late check-out require approval. Late check-out up to 1:00 pm is $50. Check-out past 1:00 pm incurs an additional night's charge.

  • Keys & Access Codes

    Keys and access codes must be returned at check-out. Lost or unreturned keys are subject to a $25 fee.

  • Additional Charges

    Biohazard cleanup, including vomit, feces, or similar waste outside of bathrooms, incurs cleaning fees.


    Irreparable linen or towel damage, including stains, tears, or similar damage, incurs replacement charges.


    Sewer connections must meet Oregon regulations. Sewer overloading fee may be up to $250.

  • Resort Rules & Guest Conduct

    Guests are responsible for their actions and the actions of their visitors.


    Speed limit is 7 mph and is strictly enforced.


    Check-out after 11:00 am without approval will incur an additional day's charge.


    Restrooms, showers, and laundry are for guests only. Laundry facilities must remain clean, and items must be promptly removed.


    No oil changes, vehicle repairs, or washing are allowed.


    No street parking. Overflow parking is available free of charge.


    No tents are allowed on RV or cottage sites.


    Boats must fit onsite or be parked upfront for $10 per day.


    Sites must be kept uncluttered. No storage items, clotheslines, or tarps.


    Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits.


    Guests may not cross other occupied sites without permission.

  • Pet Policy

    Dogs must be leashed, with a maximum 6-foot leash, supervised, and waste must be promptly removed.


    No pets are allowed in restrooms, laundry, furniture, or lofts.


    Aggressive, disruptive, or off-leash pets are subject to a $15 fee. A second offense may result in eviction without refund.


    Pets must be crated if left unattended. Excessive barking is prohibited.


    Pet accidents in cottages incur cleaning fees plus furniture replacement costs if applicable.


    No cats are allowed in cottages.


    Cottages only: Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night. Maximum of 2 pets per cottage.

  • Liability & Responsibility

    Guests are responsible for damages or injuries to themselves, their guests, and their visitors.


    Turtle Rock RV Resort is not liable for lost or stolen items, personal injury, or property damage.


    Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.

  • Wi-Fi & Internet

    Complimentary unsecured Wi-Fi is provided "as-is" and is limited to email and general web surfing.

  • Ocean / Shore Hazards

    There are no lifeguards. Guests are responsible for ocean safety, including waves, currents, drift logs, cliffs, and other natural hazards.

  • Fishing

    Fishing is allowed only at the east end of the Hunter Creek Loop bridge during season. The area is closed to trout fishing year-round.


    Fish cleaning is prohibited on site. Please use the port station.

  • Non-Smoking Policy

    All rentals are non-smoking. Violation incurs a minimum $250 cleaning fee.

  • Damage / Loss of Equipment Policy

    Charges apply for lost or damaged rental items:


    Paddle: $75

    Lifejacket: $25

    Helmet: $35

    Kid Carrier: $300

    Electric Bike/Scooter: $1,750

    Paddleboard: $700


    Repairs are subject to a $100 minimum, plus $35 per hour for labor.

  • E-Bikes, Scooters & Paddleboard Rules

    Lifejackets and helmets are mandatory.


    Rentals must be returned clean. A $20 cleaning fee applies if not returned clean.


    No ocean use. Freshwater only.


    Riders must be 16 years or older.


    E-bikes are prohibited on sidewalks.


    Night riding is discouraged. Guests ride at their own risk.


    Rescue fee is $65 within 10 miles and $75 beyond 10 miles. This fee is waived if the issue is mechanical and not caused by the renter.


    Bikes and scooters must be locked. Theft incurs a $1,400 fee if GPS recovery fails.


    Abandoned rentals are subject to a $200 pickup fee.

  • Liability Waiver for E-Bikes, Scooters, and SUP Rentals

    Guests accept responsibility for rental equipment and acknowledge the inherent risks of using e-bikes, scooters, and stand-up paddleboards.


    Guests agree to hold harmless Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and Beach Trail Rentals LLC from all claims and liabilities.

  • Stand-Up Paddleboard Risks

    Inherent risks include wildlife, weather, fog, sun exposure, collisions, and currents.


    Stand-up paddleboards are only allowed in approved inland waters.


    Guests should avoid alcohol and drugs, wear sun and safety protection, and should not paddleboard alone.

  • General Acceptance

    By signing or accepting online, guests acknowledge that they understand and agree to all terms outlined and authorize charges for damages or additional fees.


    Cottage and RV hot tubs are private and are not public.
